Standard delivery inside Sulaymaniyah is free. Orders to other Iraqi cities are quoted on WhatsApp once we know your address.

We typically pack and ship within 2-3 business days from the order date. Made-to-order pieces follow the lead time shown above the Add to Inquiry button.

Each Gosha piece is principally designed for decor purposes. If cleaning is needed, wipe gently with a warm, damp cloth and dry immediately.

Keep your piece away from direct heat (oven, microwave, dishwasher) and harsh chemicals. Cement and ceramic are durable but benefit from the same gentle care you would give a glass piece.

Because every Gosha piece is handmade in small batches, small variations in color, finish, and texture are part of the craft and not defects.

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
